These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hillcountrywebworks.com and any services provided by Hill Country Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a form or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Hill Country Digital builds websites for trade businesses in Central Texas. Our process works as follows:
Payment of $2,000 is due only if you choose to publish your website. This is a one-time fee — there are no monthly fees, recurring charges, or hidden costs associated with our web design service. Payment is due upon your decision to go live and prior to launch.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own your website outright. This includes all design assets, written content, and code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display your site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
The free website preview period carries no financial obligation. If you choose not to move forward after seeing your completed site, we will delete the preview and you owe nothing. No invoice will be issued and no further contact will be made unless you request it.
Our web design fee does not include ongoing website hosting or domain registration, which are typically low-cost third-party services. We will assist you in setting these up as part of the launch process. Ongoing hosting and domain renewal costs are the client's responsibility.
We want you to love your site. Reasonable revision requests made prior to launch are included. Significant redesign requests or changes made after launch may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Hill Country Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
